Vince and his family are originally from White Plains New York , but he grew up in Vergennes Vermont, a small town just south of Burlington.  Although he did spend 1 year at Coral Springs High in South Florida, Vince graduated from Vergennes Union High in Vermont. Next he went on to attend Castleton State College where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Communications.  While at CSC,  he gained  experience as an on air personality at  WIUV 91.3 FM , with his own mix show 2 times a week.  Doing this show made him realize that he wanted to be a professional DJ and broadcaster.

Currently, he is the Sales Manager at 97.1 KISS FM and   WSYB AM 1380, which are owned by Clear Channel Communications, the largest radio group in the world.  Vince is also an on-air personality at 97.1 KISS FM, doing  live remote broadcasts. He also DJ's and hosts a "live mix" show, on 97.1KISS FM Thursday nights from 9p-12a, called "The Thursday Night Thunderstorm"...and The Friday Night Jump-Off on 92.1 KISS FM from 8p-11p.

DJVINCE1 also does color commentary and play-by-play along side 15  time Vermont Sportscaster of the Year, Jack Healey. Together, they've won Vermont Sportscast of the Year on a couple of occasions for their coverage of the Rutland / MSJ football and basketball games., on AM 1380, WSYB.

DJVINCE1 recently began PhatKat Productions, which he owns and operates. This allowed him to be more independent. This also allowed him to spin Hip-hop, Reggae, and R & B for the masses. Vince takes his high energy show on the road almost every day playing at wedding receptions,  proms,  class reunions, and nightclubs.

In 1999, DJVINCE1 became friends with MTV's DJ Skribble, one of the industry's most successful and versatile DJ's. Vince has also been able to meet and work with some of the world's most famous DJ's like Funkmaster Flex, Kid Capri, Crooklyn Clan's DJ Riz and DJ Sizzahandz, JS-1, MixMaster Mike, DJ Premier, DJ Evil D,  DJ Green Lantern, DJ Finesse, and DJ Hurricane. He has also opened for Busta Rhymes , Naughty by Nature, RUN-DMC, Jurassic 5, Dela Soul, and Rob Base.

And, DJVINCE1, has spent the last 3 Spring Breaks DJ'n in Cancun with DJTonio at Tequila Boom, the largest club in Cancun, as well as Club Ma-xo, Club Life, Fat Tuesday's and The City, all in Cancun during Spring Break!!

In 2005, DJVINCE1 and PhatKat PK and Lady PK, got involved with Omega Red from Boston, a new , rising star in the hip-hop game, and the #1 DJin Boston, DJ  Roy Barboza, from JAMN945. In other words, BIG THINGS are beginning!!!!

UPDATE TO THE DJVINCE1 BIO….

After several years of hard work and dedication to the Rutland area, Vince moved to Boston to work at Boston’s #1 station, WJMN JAM’N 94.5, in November 2007. He currently works as a Senior Account Executive and as a party host and DJ for the station on occasion!!

Although he lives and works in the Boston area….Vince still travels back to Vermont most weekends, to DJ parties, weddings, and events, as well as other functions. Vince’s longtime sports broadcast partners, Jack Healey and John Lawrence both left WSYB , and are now at www.neksports.net  streaming sports, and Vince also does that with them too!!
